Personally, I don't really care if other people are bringing riders to the event, so long as their literature credits VCMC. If he's just using VCMC GPS tracks, I still think the club could get some credit - but mostly I just want more people to get out there riding so I'm not too concerned. Did you see some ad or web page that concerned you?

Are we cool, as a club putting on an event and someone is using the event to promote their companies usage of this event? Does the club have "meat" in this, is the club somehow on the liability hook allowing this?
