with the bishop pre-runs coming up and we are getting a lot of new help I would like to extend my offer to help prep you and your bike for the long hours and the many miles you will cover.
 
If you want some help looking over your bike, call me to make an appointment.
we can talk about bike prep, discuss what tools to carry, what tubes to run, what gps is best for you and so on.
its really a great way to learn and be prepared.
